Structural characteristics
This machine is equipped with a conveyor bag storage capacity monitoring device and automatically adjusts the production speed based on the monitoring data.
This machine has a simple structure and is easy to maintain. The door of the control cabinet is equipped with sealing strips and a high-quality ventilation and filtration device. The equipment is equipped with multiple layers of alarm indicator lights, which can indicate different faults (faults that need to be reset, faults that automatically reset, operation indications, etc.). The program design is reasonable and has a fault prompt function. When the bag stack shows signs of tilting, toppling or scattering, it can automatically stop the machine.
The paint surfaces of the guard plates (with a thickness of no less than 2mm), support rods, and guardrail retaining frames (with a support rod diameter of 16mm) in the conveying part of this machine are all treated by powder coating.
The safety protection device of this machine can automatically shut down and alarm when abnormal conditions occur in the equipment.
